Welcome to Kibbe Body. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kibbe Body App ("App") and Website ("Website") (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

0. Disclaimer on Affiliation

Kibbe Body is not affiliated with or endorsed by David Kibbe. While our Services are inspired by the principles and system developed by David Kibbe, they represent an independent interpretation and application of those ideas for educational and entertainment purposes. Any use of the term "Kibbe" is intended as a reference to the body typing methodology and not as a claim of authorship or partnership.

1. Use of Our Services

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
• By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

1.2 License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that violates third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from our Services.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

3.1 All-Access Subscription

• The All-Access subscription is available for a one-time fee, granting access to all App features such as the Identify Tab, Profile, Compare, Learn, and Style Tab.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final.

3.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

We do our best to provide accurate typing and recommendations based on your inputs. However, all results are interpretations and not guaranteed to be correct or definitive. Kibbe typing is inherently subjective and may evolve over time.

3.3 Affiliate Links

Our Services may include affiliate links to clothing brands and David Kibbe's book. Purchases made through these links may generate revenue at no additional cost to you.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to the Kibbe Body Lab API, are the exclusive property of Kibbe Body or its licensors.
• You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
